Vinification / Winemaking:
– How grapes were handled: Grapes 100% hand picked in small trays, preselected in the vineyard according to quality classification and ripeness
– Fermentation / Yeast Type / Vessel: Grapes cooled down below 5°C upon arrival at the winery. Hand sorting of grapes both before and after destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 7 days at 8ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 14 days at 28ºC. Post ferment maceration for 8 days. Run off and then malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Intense black ruby colour. Powerful on the nose, with aromas of ripe fruits and cinnamon with hints of spices. Juicy on the palate, with black fruit notes, well balanced, with very good acidity and firm tannins that lead to a powerful finish
