Latest News from the sublime Château de Paraza – AOC Minervois

The Winery of the wonderful Danglas family has now received certification for HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3, the highest level of commitment to implement sustainable practices in the winery. This environmental certification might not be well known at the moment but it is gaining a lot of importance in France.

This is a significant, Commons Sense certification and has a real meaning, not just “box-ticking” – Very soon it will give all our customers some traction.

More great news: we have two cuvées in the TOP 100: Cuvée – Oh LaLa, and Cuvée Ad Vinam Aeternam. The award ceremony will take place on May 20th, during the London Wine Fair.
