Vineyard / Estate / Viticulture:
Soil Type: Soils of fine sand on old alluvial substrates composed of small and medium stones and a large around of rock decomposition. Medium-low depth allowing good drainage. Medium-low organic content. Special Vintage Info: Temperate Mediterranean climate. Dry summers with moderate maximum temperatures and cold and discreetly rainy winters. The average summer temperature ranges between 12 o C and 27 o C. The annual average rainfall is 700mm.
Vinification / Winemaking:
– How grapes were handled: Grapes 100% hand picked in small trays, preselected in the vineyard according to quality classification and ripeness
– Fermentation / Yeast Type / Vessel: Hand sorting of bunches before pressing to select only the best. Crushing of full bunches and immediate must separation without maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC for 20 days. Lees work in the tank. Batonnage by rolling barrels. 15% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Green with golden hues. Tropical fruit on the nose, with a delicate hint of artichoke. On the palate, buttery with fresh white peach, honey notes and excellent acidic balance. An agreeable, long finish.
