9. How long do we keep your information

9.1 JNV will hold your personal data on our systems for as long as you are a client of JNV. JNV will review your personal data every year to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If JNV decide that we are not entitled to do so, JNV will stop processing your personal data, except that we will retain your personal data in an archived format in order to comply with future legal obligations. JNV securely destroys all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.

9.2 When you cease to be a client for JNV, your records and other items of documentation should be retained by you to satisfy your statutory obligations. JNV will be pleased to retain any original documents that legally belong to you on request. However, after a period of 6 months, JNV cannot be held responsible for their safekeeping and we may destroy documents and records that we hold without further notice.
